The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in proceeding with non-dividend policy, has approved the increase in the share capital of the JSC Ukreximbank through capitalisation of profits gained in 2006.

Ukreximbank celebrates its 15 anniversary
15 years ago, on January 3, 1992 the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk has signed Decree on Foundation of the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine. On January 22, 1992 the bank has obtained its first banking license from the central regulator – the National Bank of Ukraine.
